President Obama’s address to the nation was tonight concerning the latest terrorist attacks on France and to a much smaller scale the terrorist attacks here in our own country. On the surface this looks and feels awful, but it is actually a gift. These seemingly negative events are bringing to our conscious awareness our deepest fears and limiting beliefs so that we can heal them and begin to create a different reality and paradigm for ourselves, our families and ultimately our world.

Right now we are at a unique point in the history of man-kind. Never before in recorded history have we had the technologies that are being developed every new day. New scientific discoveries in every branch of science expanding our awareness of ourselves, our world, our universe. The amounts of information available to us is expanding exponentially, to the point that many of us are on complete information overload. Additionally most of the systems we have relied upon to remain constant are beginning to fail us. Our world economies, our banking systems, our schools, our governments and even our religious systems are crumbling. Natural and man-made disasters are being reported around the world.

All of this impacts us profoundly every day. It feels like we are being bombarded from all sides. Add to this the suicidal attacks of fanactical men and women using easily obtainable weapons with the goals of indiscriminate death and spreading fear. A sure recipe for more doubt, internal fear, and growing prejudices. As our outer world is changing and often negatively impacting us, our inner selves are also being affected. As local, regional and national events impact us individually as a collective we often find ourselves feeling fearful, overwhelmed, and unable to understand or cope with life.

Speaking of gifts, when we lose a job we are forced look at our spending habits and ask ourselves what is most important in our lives. Losing the ability to bring home income also brings up feelings of fear, self-worth, security issues, and other unresolved emotional baggage that needs to be addressed in order to heal and create a more fulfilling life for ourselves. Utimately this will help us realize that what weve been doing for a living has not been truly fulfilling our life’s purpose.

Now what do we do with all these feelings? How do we cope when we feel like we just cannot catch a break? How do we turn things around when we feel so overwhelmed we don’t know what to do next? What can we do to not feel hopeless and helpless as we are faced with ever increasing challenges that rob us of our peace of mind and leave us fearful of the future? Remember this, spiritual technologies are increasing as well.

I simply coined the phrase: spiritual technologies as that which can help us heal the energetic and emotional triggers that are at the root of our perceived victimizations and illnesses, our fears, anxieties, feelings of helplessness, and frustrations with the status quo. Spiritual technologies are God’s tools that can empower us by releasing the energetic chains that bind us and making the lasting changes that will transform us. There is always a way to heal and transform our lives. The key is in the emotions we are feeling and finding the unconcious beliefs that triggered those emotions. Unconscious beliefs that are false or no longer serve us simply need to be cleared from our souls. The fields of both psychology and religion are teaching numerous ways for clearing ourselves. It is part of the enlightenment thast is put upon us. As we become enlightened (letting divine light in) we affect those around us to become enlightened as well.

There is always hope, wonderful, beautiful hope. These three simple steps are needed:

1. We connect to God and to others through the divine spirit within us. It is our connection to the entire universe.

2. We let God forgive and clear the old, the negative beliefs, thoughts, feelings and ‘programs’ running in us that we may be ready to take on new.

3. Now get ready for a spiritual download, the really good stuff, and let God reprogram us according to His intentions (which by the way will surprise a few).
